"One of our receptionists at work used TLP
for her son who is dyslexic. After the third week
she told me that he had suddenly started to say
"sh" - whereas before this he used to
say "s" - and did not understand when
he was corrected by others. The following week
he actually took a written telephone message,
something he had never done before. He had previously
always refused to take messages as he had problems
writing them down."
